Service Scope

We provide travel coordination, advisory support, and booking services. Final decisions regarding visa approvals, immigration entry, or travel clearances remain solely at the discretion of relevant authorities.

Payments

All bookings require confirmed payment before processing. Fees paid for consultations, visa advisory, or service coordination may be non-refundable depending on the service category.

Cancellation & Refunds

Refund policies are subject to airline, hotel, embassy, or third-party provider terms. Mum Kabs Ventures is not liable for supplier-imposed penalties or restrictions.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate documentation

  • Meeting embassy or airline requirements

  • Arriving at airports on time

  • Reviewing travel confirmations carefully

Limitation Of Liablilities

We act as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, visa refusals, or unforeseen disruptions beyond our control.

Amendments

Mum Kabs Ventures reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
